Our Virtual event studio is 100% virtual. All presenters and your audience can attend from their home, office, or basically, anywhere they have a smartphone, laptop, desktop or tablet with a highspeed internet connection.
All presenters will receive a link to join a virtual call. We will extract each presenter's video and audio from this call and then overlay it on a branded background image. The final product would be live-streamed to your website or a recorded video for future use.
To produce a clean look and smooth event, we will organize a meeting 1 or 2 days before the event to do a run-through with all presenters, allowing us to help the presenters adjust their cameras and audio to get the best possible experience for the end viewer. We suggest doing a run-through of the event as well.
On the day of, our technician will count down the first presenter into the show and then operate the show for you. As presenters transition to panels or fireside chats, the number of presenters visible on the screen will change as required.
Presenters can screen share their presentations or send them to us with their script, and our technician can advance the slides as needed.
Your audience will receive a clickable link to view the event, or we can give you an embeddable link for your website, where viewers can go to view the event.
