Upon joining a virtual call, our team will extract the video and audio of each presenter and overlay it on a branded background image, providing a clean and polished look for the live-streamed event. We will organize a pre-event run-through with all presenters one or two days before the event, allowing our technicians to help adjust cameras and audio for the best possible viewing experience.
On the day of the event, our experienced technician will operate the show, counting down presenters and managing transitions between panels or fireside chats, while ensuring that the number of presenters visible on the screen is optimal. Presenters can also share their presentations via screen sharing or provide us with their scripts, enabling our technician to advance the slides as needed.
